Design Features: Developer, Architect and Interior Designer
Turnberry Associates are the developers for the Turnberry Ocean Club. Operating and responsible for developing well over $7 billion worth of properties, Turnberry Associates have made quite the name for themselves in South Florida. They have developed well over 2,000 hotel and resort style rooms, and have several exciting upcoming projects in the works. However, the Turnberry Ocean Club will be their most extravagant undertaking to date.
Carlos Zapata is the chosen designer architect of choice and Robert Swedroe is their go-to interior designer. He has worked with Turnberry to design interiors for numerous buildings including their Ocean Colony project and all six of their residential buildings in Las Vegas. He is still the primary architect for the interior of all of their buildings set for completion in 2018. The completion date for the Turnberry Ocean Club is also set for 2018.
Each residence in the building will come with a minimum of 10-foot tall ceilings, a family room and staff quarters, large walk-in closets, Gaggenau Appliances, Imported Snaidero Italian custom cabinetry and a choice of three high-speed elevators for private residences.
Unit Sizes and Price Points
Each and every luxury residence in the Ocean Club will be “flow-thru” floorplans. Each private residence will also feature full-length balconies and offer breathtaking views of the sunset and sunrise, depending on which side of the building they are placed on. The average square footage of each residence will vary based on the number of bedrooms selected however units start at 2,900 square feet for three bedroom units, 3,625 square feet for four bedroom units, 6,695 square feet for five bedroom “collection residences”, and 10,654 square feet for six bedroom units.
The price point for all residences begin at $4MM, and are defined by the luxury and designer interiors. The units will also come with numerous amenities, which are listed below.
